Good daily routine.

We all have some daily routine. It can be walking to a favourite coffee shop to read a book, morning journaling, long walks or the gym. In my case, it is mostly about reading and journaling. And I found my daily routine the most essential part of the day. But why? 

We all have some score level about what we need to do. And I feel better when I increase that score. By doing something, we grow our discipline. We incubate a habit of doing things just because we must do it. And this is connected to the next point. Our self-story and our beliefs we grow up through our morning daily routine. That is why it's essential to connect our beliefs with our routines. Routine is not about the outcome; it's about the process. Sometimes, it can be tough not to think about the outcome in everyday life. But routine is, by definition, about the process. Also, routine for me is the way to control the speed sometimes. Because I can dig into something, I will start to hate it before learning it. 

My list of routines is straightforward. It's a combination of mental health and learning how to write. It contains much writing,

morning journaling, daily stoic, trying to do daily writing like that post and evening reflection. And, of course, the pieces of training, in my case, are mostly cycling and swimming.

All these things transformed my life, and I feel better. I see the progress in things I want to learn, and I don't spend any resources. Because this is actual routine, and the secret of doing good routine is the process, there shouldn't be anything about short-term outcomes.
